Facade Project Manager - Miami, FL or New York, NY

As a Façade Project Manager, you will: - Lead the technical delivery of façade design and consultancy services. - Collaborate and coordinate with other project participants including Architects, owners, consultants, contractors and the project team. - Lead and plan broken-off tasks or efforts appropriately and independently, assign work to internal staff and budget time, review progress, provide quality checks and markups, meet deadlines, and communicate progress as needed or directed by the PM or Associate to external parties. - Work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously. This position is classified as salaried, exempt. The hiring salary range for this role is anticipated to be $86,730 - $119,254 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
