Facilities Maintenance Manager

This position is responsible for the care, monitoring and preventative maintenance of assigned Sheltair facilities. Oversees all the functions of Site Services, Building Systems, Utilities, and Maintenance of Facilities. Responsible for maintaining all company facility related assets in support of Operations, Quality, and Administrative Services. The Facilities Maintenance Manager plans and oversees projects related to facilities improvement, maintenance or modification of facility support systems. Ensures adherence to quality standards including but not limited to maintaining facilities, critical utilities systems, and environmental and safety compliance. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will support the Property Manager and RVP in developing and managing a complete facilities’ budget.
