Required Skills and Experience:

Liaison skills for overseeing and coordination of the external facilities teams;

Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures;

Practical knowledge and understanding of the Facilities processes and capability;

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas.

Experience in previous facilities management roles;

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience working with or within Security Estate Group and Capital

Facilities and Infrastructure Branch an advantage.

5 years + experience within the Defence Industry and hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Facilities; and

5 years + experience working in Facilities and working accommodation areas.

Minimum NV2 clearance required
