Join us in this role where you’ll be a proactive and well-organized Facility Manager to help drive contract management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operations across our Danish sites, including our headquarters. With a strong focus on vendor management and service delivery, you ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting role without direct people management, providing exposure to Facility Management, regional operations, and cross-functional teamwork

**You’ll be part of a team with two Subject Matter Expects (SMEs), a Facility Manager in DK West and an admin trainee where you, together with your colleagues, will follow up on daily operations and building maintenance in close collaboration with our integrated Facility Management partner.

As a team, we are undergoing rapid development, with a strong focus on optimisation and smarter ways of working. This gives you a unique opportunity to influence future operations and contribute to the team’s success through proactive improvement initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • follow up on agreed deliveries from our Facility Management partner in accordance with the contractual agreement & Financial Oversight including financial tracking and budget oversight
  • maintain a structured approach to documentation and processes in agreement with our governance model
  • coordinate day-to-day operational tasks through indirect management and ensure practical and efficient solutions across FM services
  • support relocation activities and site-related changes, Catering services and HSE issues on site
  • vendor management ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs
  • drive continuous improvements in vendor collaboration and service quality including cross-functional initiatives with Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE ) and act as the local emergency response team lead

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong collaboration skills and structured working style
  • have good understanding of contract management
  • have good analytical, numerical skills and financial awareness/commercial mindset
  • ideally have Facility Management (FM) experience, are good at stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • have proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving skills
  • are fluent in English and Danish.

**Position salary range:
**For this position, the expected base pay range is kr50,080.00- kr75,120.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
