As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop-Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues. The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.
Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will help deliver a premium customer experience while supporting daily store operations and promoting the FANATICS brand.
Engage with customers, providing product knowledge, guidance, and brand storytelling to convert curiosity into sales
Support daily and weekly sales targets and encourage repeat visits through excellent service
Build expertise in trading cards, collectibles, and sports merchandise, sharing knowledge with colleagues
Assist in store operations, including merchandising, stock management, and participation in events or promotions
Contribute to a welcoming, vibrant, and professional store environment
Your Profile
Passion or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports culture
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or brand-focused environment
Results-oriented with motivation to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive approach
Willingness to learn and develop product expertise quickly
Language Requirement
English – Basic (mandatory)
Interviews will be conducted in English.
