Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and imaginative fashion designer to join our womenswear team. This role calls for a forward-thinking creative with strong technical skills, digital fluency, and a passion for timeless design.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive design process from concept to final styling, ensuring creativity and deadlines.
• Research trends includes shop visits.
• Create original designs in Adobe Illustrator and CLO 3D.
• Develop detailed tech packs(specs, BOMs, construction notes).
• Source sustainable fabrics/trims globally.
• Present mood boards, colour palettes, and design stories.
• Manage sampling, suppliers, and production timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams.
• Maintain digital design archives(PLM, Google Drive, Notion).
• Utilise AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT) for brainstorming.
• Pattern drafting/draping skills are a plus.
• Work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  

Skills

• Strong understanding of garment fit, fabric behavior, and finishing.
• Excellent eye for detail and modern silhouettes.
• Fluent in design software: Adobe Creative Suite, CLO 3D.
• Foster positive, inclusive team dynamics while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, resilient, and always seeking inspiration beyond the obvious.
