Field Service Engineer(On site Customer Support)-Tainan

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily analysis and maintenance of MBMW (Multi-Beam Mask Writer) equipment at the customer site to ensure maximum tool uptime and stability.
• Perform daily system and facility checks, as well as routine preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and recover tools in case of system errors or incidents, based on a morning/afternoon rotational shift and on-call support schedule.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM), including troubleshooting and part replacement.
• Operate, calibrate, and optimize MBMW performance.
• Support tool installation across all phases, including coordination, testing, and acceptance.
• Responsible for task documentation, and for creating and updating service records in the company’s ticketing system.

We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You’re a great fit if you have:

• •Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with vacuum systems or high-voltage systems is a strong advantage.
• You have very good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
• Able to understand and analyze complex technical content and present it clearly and logically.
• Resilient under pressure, capable of working independently, and a strong team player.
• Well organized, assertive and a likeable team member who is eager to continuously improve the use of interpersonal skills.
• Making informed decisions in stress situations while remaining resilient.
• Flexible working arrangements and rotational shifts is not cumbersome.
• Vendor experience with customers in the semiconductor industry is beneficial
• Willingness to work in a clean room.
