Field Support Engineer

1. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, networks, and infrastructure as per service level agreements.

2. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals at Client sites.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

4. Collaborate with the project team to implement IT projects and upgrades at Client locations.

5. Document all activities, configurations, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

6. Follow security protocols and procedures to safeguard Client data and

maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

7. Communicate effectively with Clients to understand their technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

8. Travel to Client sites as required within the designated geographical area.

9. Collaborate with other team members, including technicians, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality service to Clients.

10. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
