We service manufacturers in medical devices, electronics, automotive, industrial, and various high end proprietary applications. We have recently expanded and moved to newly built Tech Center and Showroom in Elk Grove Village, IL for our growing business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation and Reparation of injection molding machines at customers site throughout the US
- Staging machinery at our Technical Center
- Molding process development and optimization
- Technical support & troubleshooting at customer sites, by phone, via email
- Maintenance of job record using our CRM
- Management of frequent overnight travel
