Job Summary

• Improve field efficiency, productivity, and service quality by implementing and supporting IoT, robotics, automation, and smart technology projects to enhance field operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support IoT, robotics, automation, and smart technology projects to optimize field operations and improve performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure continuous and effective operation.
• Assist in the implementation, testing, and enhancement of robotics, automation, and smart technologies to boost field productivity.
• Support the Field Operations team in adopting and effectively utilizing digital solutions, robotics, and automation tools.
• Conduct training sessions and deliver technical guidance to field personnel to ensure proficient use of new and existing technologies.
