Figma Designer

Strong design fundamentals — solid grasp of layout, hierarchy, and typography
Proficiency in Figma — confident working entirely in Figma for design and asset export
Ability to create clean, modern layouts — think Nike, Under Armour, Therabody
Visually creative — can propose concepts or directions, not just execute existing ones
Highly organized and reliable — comfortable with async workflows (email, Loom, Notion)
Fluent in written and spoken English — all communication and briefs are in English
Nice to have: basic Photoshop skills for light image cleanup or resizing

Compensation: USD $25–$45/hour, depending on experience and quality of work.
