Job Description
- Prepare & analyze financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Budgeting).
- Oversee daily financial operations, tax filings, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage filings (PPh Badan, PPh 21, 23, VAT) using Coretax.
- Supervise & mentor junior finance staff (AP/AR, tax assistants).
- Monitor SOP implementation, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction accuracy.
Requirement
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (Tax Brevet A/B preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax as Sr. Staff/Supervisor.
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus) and MS Office (Excel) & Coretax.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, AR/AP, and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and high responsibility for accuracy & deadlines.
