Job Summary:

Our client, an Investment company, is looking for a Finance Analyst to support business growth and strategic initiatives. The role involves analyzing company performance, conducting market research, and collaborating with senior management to identify new growth opportunities and expand existing business lines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather, monitor, and analyze company performance data and industry trends using data analytics tools.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis for new business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and develop new business projects.
• Support long-term strategic planning and provide actionable insights based on economic and industry trends.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and maintain clear documentation of business processes and projects.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Khmer with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under deadlines.
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about exploring new business opportunities and driving growth.
