Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Support central functions in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic plan.
  • Support in providing detailed spend analysis to business units and leaders, helping them understand key drivers of financial movements
  • Collaborate across all businesses and regions to ensure consistency of FP&A processes with central requirements for your respective areas.
  • Support the global FA’s on providing insights on the queries raised, on case-to-case basis.
  • Perform financial modeling for central functions and provide insightful analysis for decision-making.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop a mitigation plan collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with CA qualifications mandatory.
  • Candidate should be detail-oriented and a thought leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence decisions and outcomes.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
