Job Description:
- Perform In-depth Financial Analysis To Assess The Company's Financial Performance, Identify Trends, And Provide Actionable Insights. Analyze Variances, Key Performance Indicators, And ROI To Assist In Decision-making.
- Prepare And Distribute Accurate And Timely Financial Reports, Including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, And Variance Analyses. Ensure Compliance With Accounting Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
- Identify Financial Risks And Opportunities And Propose Strategies To Mitigate Risks And Capitalize On Opportunities. Assist In The Development Of Risk Management Plans.
- Collaborate With Various Departments, Including Sales, Marketing, Operations, And Procurement, To Provide Financial Guidance And Support Decision-making Processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics, market trends, and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
