Job Description

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a finance & operations manager to be based in Dubai and oversee finance and operational activities across the MENA region.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage finance and operational activities across the MENA region, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and monitor company performance while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external partners, including accounting firms, logistics providers, distributors, and other service providers to support business operations.
• Support commercial activities by overseeing order processing, supply chain coordination, and operational planning across multiple MENA markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, commercial, supply chain, and HR, to support regional business objectives.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance & operations role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. French is a plus.
• Experience managing finance, budgeting, reporting, and operational processes.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, HR administration, and local commercial and trade procedures.
• Must be currently living in the UAE.
