Job Summary

As Finance Manager, you will lead the accounting team, ensure statutory financial compliance, and deliver strategic financial insights through FP&A. Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team to manage full sets of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee statutory and tax compliance by managing related requirements and coordinating with external auditors
• Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses to inform internal stakeholders’ decisions
• Drive enhancements in financial systems and strengthen internal controls to improve operational efficiency
• Partner with commercial teams to provide forward-looking financial insights that support business growth initiatives
• Communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders across business units

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, demonstrating team management and cross-functional business partnering
• Experience in the FMCG or distribution/manufacturing sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvements
