Finance Manager (FP&A)

Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function within a manufacturing environment.
• This role will oversee the finance team and financial closing while working closely with management on FP&A, cost control and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance team across AP, AR, GL and month-end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closing and reporting
• Improve finance processes and shorten the month-end closing cycle
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and variance analysis
• Analyse manufacturing and operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for business decisions
• Strengthen internal controls and improve existing finance processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong Finance Manager experience within manufacturing environment
• Experience managing a finance team of at least 5
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR and month-end closing
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and cost-saving initiatives
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• Hands-on, commercially minded and able to drive process improvements
