Finance Manager (Group Consolidation)

📍 Location: Senoko, North Area
💰 Salary: up to $7,000 (depending on experience)
🕘 Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department and manage the finance team

• Prepare monthly consolidation for approximately 12 entities across 3 consolidation groups

• Generate monthly Business Segment Performance reports and analyse Actual vs Budget variances

• Provide recommendations on resource allocation based on business segment performance analysis

• Prepare and review monthly reporting to Headquarters in a timely manner

• Prepare and review yearly financial statements

• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity across entities

• Implement process improvements and financial controls to enhance department efficiency

• Handle quarterly GST filing

• Oversee AR management and ensure timely billing

• Liaise with external auditors for year-end regulatory reporting and annual tax filing

• Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/CA preferred)

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant accounting or audit experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of group consolidation across multiple entities

• Sound understanding of risks and controls across various business functions
