Finance Manager - Kia/Subaru

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive finance manager to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
What we offer:
- Pay is draw plus percentage: $100,000-$130,000 wage range
- Full Time including some Saturdays.
