Finance Manager

Company Overview

Our client is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company primarily involved in property development and investment. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate finance assignments
• Direct investments
• Manage mergers and acquisitions
• Handle notifiable and connected transactions
• Oversee fundraising activities
• Assist in interim and annual audits
• Perform financial analysis on business units
• Coordinate with bankers on treasury matters
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, lawyers, valuers, investment bankers)
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance
• HKICPA or equivalent qualification (advantage)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance or related fields
• Experience with HK listed companies or BIG 4 auditing
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of Listing Rules and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
