Finance Manager – Project Based

Position Title: Finance Manager – Project Based Employment Type: contract Salary: up to 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the cosmetics brand in the UAE, renowned for its innovative, trend-setting products that blend artistry, individuality, and modern luxury. Job Description: - Oversee finance and accounting operations across UAE, Italy, and US entities, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, AP/AR, and reporting. - Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, inventory costing, profitability, and commercial finance. - Ensure UAE VAT/Corporate Tax, DMCC, audit, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with external accountants and advisors. - Manage ERP/finance systems, internal controls, and process improvements. - Provide financial support for HR, IT, Legal & Compliance, General Administration, and report directly to the CEO/Shareholders.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred. - 7–10 years’ finance/accounting experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods. - Strong experience in multi-country finance, particularly with UAE, US, and/or Italy. - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT/Corporate Tax, DMCC, ERP systems, and financial reporting. - Own valid UAE visa is mandatory; candidates available to join within this month are preferred.
