About this role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support core accounting and financial processes across multiple workstreams within the Finance Operations function. This role offers flexibility, enabling the individual to gain exposure to various financial areas through rotation based on business needs, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of financial operations and controls.

What you’ll do

  • Manage fixed assets accounting, including capitalisation, transfers, and disposals
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
  • Handle GR/IR (Goods Received / Invoice Received) reconciliations and clearance activities
  • Conduct foreign exchange (Forex) analysis and reporting, monitoring currency fluctuations and impacts
  • Support intercompany reconciliation and matching to ensure alignment across entities
  • Process and record travel & expenses (T&E) transactions accurately
  • Record and reconcile payroll accounting entries
  • Perform invoice postings in compliance with accounting standards
  • Support payments processing and associated financial controls
  • Contribute to group reporting certifications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Strong problem-solving and reconciliation capabilities
  • High attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to different workstreams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
