Finance Systems Project Manager

Integration & Projects

- Manage ERP integration projects within newly acquired entities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Facilitate and lead workshops, gap analyses, and requirement validations.
- Act as Core Model Gate Keeper to ensure alignment between subsidiaries and the group target model.
- Propose and challenge solutions to close functional gaps.

Support & Training

- Provide level 2 support to key users and end users.
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base to strengthen team autonomy.

Methodology & Governance

- Define, share, and improve project, test, and support methodologies.
- Ensure application of best practices across entities.
- Coordinate with IT Corporate teams on infrastructure and architecture topics.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

- Collect and arbitrate ERP enhancement requests with key users.
- Monitor Microsoft releases and coordinate their deployment.
- Develop and optimize reports and dashboards (Atlas, Power BI).
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities in Finance processes.
