Financial Analyst

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the evaluation of operations and finances, doing research to improve the business, develop or improve strategies. He/She prepares project studies, forecasts, financial runs etc

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of accounting and other required reports and projections

Evaluate capex and asset depreciation.

Establish and evaluate records and financial statements.

Provide financial models and forecasts.

Coordinate with other members of finance team when needed to review financial information and forecasts.

Identify financial performance trends and financial risks and provide recommendation.

Do analysis of inventory and all other accounts as needed.

Assist in the preparation of project studies/reit infusions.

Do any other tasks as required by management.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or any related field in business. BS in Accountancy Preferably with at least 5 years of related work experience`
