Job Description:
What will you work on?
As a Financial Analyst, you will not simply report numbers—you will influence decisions. You will partner directly with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Commercial teams to analyze profitability and build financial strategies for some of the world's most recognized toy and entertainment brands. This role manages Toy Line Planning (TLP), forecasting models, and pricing analysis, serving as a trusted advisor who translates data into actionable business recommendations.

How will you create impact?
- Own the Toy Line Planning (TLP) models, forecasting assumptions, and pricing templates to analyze portfolio profitability.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to evaluate product margins, licensing economics, royalties, and retailer profitability.
- Build predictive financial models supporting pricing strategies, brand investments, and long-range planning decisions.
- Manage the financial review process for Vendor Cost Approvals (VCA) and Tooling Capital Expenditure Approvals (CEA).
- Synthesize complex financial and operational datasets into clear, executive-ready presentations and concise business narratives.
- Support the annual budget cycle, monthly business reviews, and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to simplify manual reporting, accelerate data analysis, and improve modeling workflows.
What are your skills and experience?
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, brand finance, or a similar decision-support role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience partnering directly with cross-functional business units such as marketing, product development, or commercial sales teams.
- Practical experience leveraging planning systems such as SAP, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar automated reporting tools.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) to optimize workflows is considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), manufacturing, retail, licensing, or the entertainment industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to global stakeholders.
