Financial Controller

About the assignment:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial reporting across a main business segment operating in several Nordic countries. The role involves close collaboration with Finance Operations, Group Accounting, and Business Controllers across Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, and Aarhus. This is a hybrid position with at least one month of overlap with the outgoing consultant.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and period-end closing activities including accruals and analysis
• Support accounting-related assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional finance teams across Nordic locations.

Profile & Qualifications:

• Experience from auditing and/or Financial Controlling
• Self-driven and structured individual with strong accounting understanding
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle challenges independently
• Fluent in English (working language)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Tableau
