Financial Controller - Mercure Bhubaneswar

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Finance department.
Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.
Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.
Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.
To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining brand Standards in Materials Management.
Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies.

Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.
Confident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills.
Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
8 to 10 years’ of work experience of which at least 3 years in the similar role.
Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.
Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.
