Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Temenos Headquarters S.A. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the company. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of financial principles, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement robust action plans for financial objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
* Conduct thorough assessments of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Manage and control the company budget, ensuring adherence to allocated funds and identifying potential variances.
* Oversee costing and budgeting processes, providing accurate financial forecasts and cost analyses for various projects and operations.
* Lead data collection and analysis efforts to provide insightful financial reports and support informed decision-making.
* Perform comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate company performance, identify trends, and assess financial risks.
* Manage financial auditing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting, scenario planning, and investment analysis.
* Provide financial oversight and support for Line of Business (LOB) Products, ensuring financial viability and profitability.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating financial information and addressing concerns.
* Apply principles of managerial accounting to support operational decision-making and performance measurement.
* Develop, implement, and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls and compliance.
* Oversee the review and reporting of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards.
* Proactively manage stakeholder expectations regarding financial performance and strategic initiatives.
* Deliver clear and concise verbal communications regarding financial matters to various audiences, including senior management and external partners.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior financial management role.
* Demonstrated expertise in Action Planning, Assessment, Budget Control, Costing and Budgeting.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Collection and Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modeling.
* Experience with Financial Auditing and compliance.
* Understanding of Line of Business (LOB) Product financial management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for Maintains the Relationship and Verbal Communications.
* Solid knowledge of Managerial Accounting principles.
* Ability to develop and implement effective Policy and procedures.
* Experience with Review and Reporting of financial data.
* Proven ability in Stakeholder Expectation Manage.
