What’s the role?
This position is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis activities, with a primary focus on the SMT business for FC1, FC2, and FC3, as well as budgeting and midterm planning processes. Additional responsibilities include addressing HQ requirements related to the PNO Cine and Photo FoBs. The role involves analyzing actual accounting transactions in comparison to expected results, identifying variances, and recommending potential adjustments. A thorough understanding of accounting policies, particularly as they pertain to both planning and actual postings, is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and maintain Excel models to simulate and assess adjustments as business conditions evolve throughout the year.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Conduct comprehensive monthly analyses of budget plans versus actual financial results, identifying variances and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
Recommend updated budget figures in response to evolving business activities, ensuring forecasts remain accurate and aligned with organizational objectives.
Propose enhancement to accounting structures and processes to accommodate organizational growth and changing operational needs.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Excel models to support dynamic business forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required to support transitional business initiatives and strategic planning.
Do you qualify?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related business discipline, supporting advanced analytical and financial reporting tasks.
1–2 years of experience in a professional accounting environment, with a proven track record of performing monthly financial analyses and supporting strategic business initiatives.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including the ability to design and maintain sophisticated models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support.
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems—especially modules like CRM and Business Warehouse—to enhance accounting processes and support dynamic business needs.
Additional experience with Microsoft platforms is beneficial, facilitating the preparation and delivery of ad hoc financial reports and analysis.
Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $67,000 – $84,000
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, education, skills, and role scope
Eligible for performance bonus or sales commissions
