Job Description:

• Support the preparation and delivery of business unit (BU) reports and performance metrics.

• Lead process improvement projects to make reporting faster and more efficient using BI and AI tools.

• Conduct benchmarking studies and handle special ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Build and maintain MySQL data pipelines to connect finance systems, ERPs, and data warehouses.

• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python, SQL, and other scripting tools.

• Create dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to support business decisions.

• Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation processes.

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to improve data flow and reporting systems.

• Identify and implement ways to enhance financial systems and automate manual processes.

• Assist in improving FP&A tools, models, and processes to strengthen the finance function.
