Foreign Lawyer
Responsibilities
- Advising clients in Chinese legal related matter
- Drafting and preparation of Chinese legal/court documents
- Manage own files under supervision, handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
- Ensure the client is kept regularly informed on the progress of the matter
- Ensure confidentiality and security of the firm's and client's documentation and information
- Any other ad-hoc cases, projects and task as assigned
Qualifications
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal & written) - to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and to handle documents written in Chinese language
- 2 to 5 years PQE
- Good ground in legal knowledge and skills
