Forward Deployed Engineer

You will design, build, and ship product and platform features across the stack, including data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces. You will develop AI- and LLM-powered tooling, embed with markets, advisory, and research stakeholders to solve real problems, own features from prototyping through production, and help shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product and platform features across the stack
• Build AI-native tooling by integrating LLMs and agents into workflows
• Automate manual processes and turn market and research data into usable intelligence
• Embed with markets, advisory, and research teams to scope problems
• Translate business needs into reliable, well-instrumented systems
• Own features end-to-end from prototyping through production
• Maintain performance, correctness, and reliability
• Help shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling

Requirements

• Own software systems end-to-end
• Work comfortably across the full stack
• Build and deploy AI- and LLM-powered features
• Use prompt design, retrieval, agents, or model APIs
• Build working software quickly while maintaining quality
• Communicate clearly with non-engineering stakeholders
• Interest in financial markets, trading, or institutional infrastructure
