Forward Deployed Engineer
You will embed with strategic customers and prospects to architect and deliver deployments. You will build integrations, templates, and workflows; run technical demos; resolve technical blockers; document product gaps; create reusable assets; own technical onboarding; and contribute to workshops, live demos, and technical content.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers and prospects to architect and deliver deployments
- Build custom integrations, deployment templates, and workflows
- Run live technical demos and resolve technical blockers in pre-sales cycles
- Translate customer pain into documented product gaps
- Build reusable deployment templates, playbooks, and marketplace contributions
- Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts
- Participate in workshops, live demos, and technical content
- Deploy AI agents and workflows to increase output
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of full-stack or backend engineering experience
- Experience with Node.js, Python, Go, or equivalent
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in customer-facing technical environments
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or equivalent cloud infrastructure
- Ability to present technical solutions to CTOs
