Forward Deployed Engineer

You will embed directly with enterprise and government partners to design, build, and deploy workflows and applications from first sketch to production. You will design agentic workflows with evaluation and feedback loops, perform threat modeling and implement Non-Human Identity policies to ensure safety. You will act as the principal technical interface to client leadership, run workshops, technical trainings, and hackathons to enable customers, extract field insights into reusable patterns and accelerators, and ship production-quality code in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You will work with cloud architectures and containerized environments (Kubernetes/GKE) and use AI-enabled developer tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to design build and deploy new workflows and applications
• Design agentic workflows and evaluation feedback loops to verify AI performance and safety
• Perform threat modeling and implement Non-Human Identity policies for enterprise safety
• Serve as principal technical interface to client leadership and stakeholders
• Run client-side workshops technical trainings and hackathons to enable users
• Extract field insights and translate them into reusable patterns accelerators and playbooks
• Ship production-quality code in ambiguous fast-paced environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering cloud architecture and deployments
• Strong cloud experience (GCP AWS Azure)
• Strong full-stack proficiency particularly in Python TypeScript Go Rust or Java
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-quality code in ambiguous fast-paced environments
• Experience deploying Agentic workflows (e.g. ADK Agents SDK) and agent orchestration
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI workflows and systems
• Familiarity and efficient use of AI-enabled tools (e.g. Gemini Code Assist Claude Code or Codex)
• Deep customer empathy low ego and exceptional communication skills
• Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes GKE)
• Active Google Cloud certifications or willingness to obtain within one month of joining
• US Citizen
