Foster Care Case Manager
One Full-Time Position. 40 hours per week.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 4:30, with some variations of times due to on-site monitoring’s, on call after 90 days.
Hiring Range: $23.00 - $25.07/ hr., depending upon education and experience.
This position will remain open until filled.
Position Summary
The Case Manager is responsible for the case coordination of foster children and foster parents, and for ensuring that Foster Children are receiving adequate care and are functioning to the best of their abilities within the foster care home and the community.
Minimum Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral sciences.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a non-social or behavior science, and,
- Two years’ experience supervised by an individual with a MSW or other master’s degree in the social or behavioral sciences.
Preferred:
· Minimum of one year experience working in Child Welfare or Human Services.
· Current Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) certification at hire.
· Experience in a customer service leadership role or one year I/DD or mental health experience.
