Founders Associate - Sales
About the Role
This is a generalist, high-ownership role sitting directly alongside the founding team at an early-stage B2B SaaS company in the commercial energy storage space. You'll work across sales, growth, and operations — going wherever the business needs you most — and play a real part in shaping how the company grows across Europe.
What You'll Do
Work across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, flexing to the highest-priority needs of the company.
Help build out the sales playbook and identify new revenue opportunities.
Design and improve internal processes to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Support team growth by coordinating recruiting and helping attract strong candidates.
Dive into ambiguous, fast-moving problems and drive them to resolution.
What We're Looking For
Relentless drive, high energy, and a competitive mindset — you're energised by reaching decision-makers and hitting ambitious targets.
Full ownership mentality: you execute independently and solve problems without hand-holding.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic results, plus at least one internship at a high-performing startup, VC fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm — or 1+ years of full-time experience in one of those environments.
Comfort with ambiguity and the fast pace of an early-stage company.
Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations is a plus.
Any background in clean energy, battery storage, or energy markets is a bonus — but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €70,000 – €85,000 per year
Equity: VSOP / equity package included with standard vesting schedule
Location
On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany. Full-time.
