Founding Product Designer

You will define the visual identity and design function from the ground up. You will create brand and design systems, design end-to-end trading and social experiences, build high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with engineers to ship polished products, and conduct user research to guide design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make the product beautiful and intuitive
• Define and evolve the brand identity, design system, and visual language
• Design end-to-end user flows for trading, social features, and gamification
• Create high-fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship polished experiences
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to ship beautiful and functional products across web and mobile
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Ability to work quickly and autonomously in an ambiguous early-stage environment
• Experience with cryptocurrency trading and familiarity with trading interfaces are ideal
