FP&A Business Partner (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting process.
• Analyse business performance, Opex and P&L, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive cost discipline and financial performance.
• Oversee corporate tax and statutory reporting.
• Support government incentives and investment-related initiatives.
• Develop and enhance financial dashboards, analytics and reporting tools.
• Drive automation, process improvements and digitalisation within Finance.
• Support strategic projects that contribute to business growth and long-term value creation.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally covering FP&A, management reporting or business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into clear business insights.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
