FPGA Intern
You will complete a ten-week internship working on systems behind live trading. You will own a project connected to live trading systems, build latency-critical applications and networking interfaces, support high-speed networking protocols, develop FPGA applications with traders, improve resource usage, and explore new communication and timestamping systems.
Responsibilities
- Own a project connected to live trading systems
- Build latency-critical applications
- Build parallel systems and networking interfaces
- Support 25G and 100G networking protocols
- Develop FPGA applications with traders
- Improve resource usage of current systems
- Develop timestamping and inter-system communication protocols
Requirements
- Student working toward a Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
- Ability to work full-time upon graduation in 2028
- Academic experience in digital design with FPGAs or ASICs
- Experience writing hardware in VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog
- Ability to collaborate with developers, traders, and business operations
