- Greater Cincinnati, OH area (within ~200-mile radius)

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting
- Convert leads into active customers and build a strong, profitable book of business
- Collaborate with a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience (required)
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
