- 3+ years of experience in front-end/web development, including:
- Java
- Ruby on Rails
- Python
- PhP
- Net
- Solr/Lucene
- Ability to assist stakeholders in evaluating tools and technologies
- Ability to creatively solve problems and recommend complex solutions
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience and familiarity with Agile development methodology
