Job Description

Learning & Development Undergo comprehensive training on treasury functions including cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and banking operations. Understand internal treasury policies, compliance requirements, and financial controls. Develop knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS) and related financial tools. 2. Cash and Liquidity Management Support Assist in daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring activities. Support cash flow forecasting and updating liquidity reports. Help ensure optimal utilization of company cash and manage funding requirements. 3. Banking Operations Support the processing of bank transactions, including payments, receipts, and intercompany transfers. Assist in bank account management activities such as account openings, closures, and reconciliations. Learn and support foreign exchange (FX) deal processing and hedging operations. 4. Risk Management & Compliance Help monitor treasury compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in managing financial risks including FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks. Support audit processes and prepare documentation for compliance reviews. 5. Reporting & Analysis Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports for management. Support variance analysis and investigation of anomalies in cash flows or banking transactions. Help maintain and update treasury dashboards and KPIs. 6. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with banking partners, finance teams, and business units for smooth treasury operations. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries related to payments, reconciliations, and cash management. Provide support in treasury projects and process improvement initiatives. 7. Team & Process Support Support front line managers in supervising junior treasury staff or operational teams. Assist in managing workflows and ensuring timely completion of treasury tasks. Participate in identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements. 8. Project Participation Take part in treasury transformation projects, system implementations, or process automation efforts. Support change management activities and training for treasury team members.
