Job Description

• Design and improve fulfilment processes.
• Ensure efficient order processing, inventory and delivery
• Work with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, IT, Business or related field
• Experience in fulfilment, supply chain or solution architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of order management, warehouse and logistics processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
