This position is required to work on-site in our Chicagoland (Glenview, IL) office most days. Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!

Responsibilities - Overview:
- Develop state-of-the art machine learning models and leverage LLMs to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and other technology colleagues to understand AI needs and devise possible solutions.
- Develop end-to-end pipelines and operationalize the end-to-end orchestration of models to support the various use cases like Document Q&A, Search, Information Retrieval, classification, personalization, etc.
- Develop solutions to successfully implement the large AI/ML initiatives of the organization.
- Assist project management teams and product owners in defining problem statements, execution roadmap, and incremental milestones.
- Collaborate with others to identify impactful projects, influence key decisions with data, and ensure effective use of AI based technologies.
- Work autonomously to design, develop and deploy solutions.
- Collaborate with data owners to analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform product development and personalized customer experiences
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet business objectives and scalability requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, data science and engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
