Full-Stack Developer
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
Syft’s product is growing and scaling, so we’re on the lookout for a new Full Stack Developer to join us and help us become the go-to supplier of real-time gas monitoring analytics.
You'll build software that enables customers to automate gas sample delivery, analyse data in real time, and visualise results. Working across the full stack, you’ll develop user interfaces, integrations, APIs and back-end infrastructure, that connects devices, systems and people. This is a hands-on, technical role where coding is your focus. You’ll tackle increasingly complex engineering problems, contribute to design decisions, and take ownership of delivering features that matter. Much of the challenge in this role involves real-time data, system integration, event-driven architecture and software that drives physical hardware and devices. Along the way, you’ll grow your skills in planning, estimating, and communicating technical solutions, working closely across a variety of teams such as hardware, software, production and even field teams.
You’ll collaborate directly with Syft’s Product Operations Manager and technical leadership to provide effective solutions to complex real-world challenges. We thrive on agility, rapid iteration, and experimentation, so you’ll have the freedom to innovate while seeing your work make a tangible impact for our customers.
As an intermediate level developer, you’ll be supported by experienced senior engineers while being given the autonomy to take ownership of features, contribute to technical decisions and grow your capability over time. This role isn’t just about coding, it’s about shaping software that creates real value, solves meaningful problems, and drives Syft’s mission forward.
Our salary range is intentionally wide as we're interested in hearing from talented developers across a range of experience levels, from graduates ready to grow their careers through to senior developers looking to make an impact.
