Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and enhance scalable software solutions. This role involves contributing across the development life cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting key technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of data pipelines, covering ingestion, transformation, storage and serving.
• Design scalable data models and storage architectures for operational and analytical workloads.
• Design extensible systems capable of supporting future AI and retrieval-based features.
• Lead key technical decisions and clearly communicate architectural trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders on platform and deployment decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience, including demonstrated end-to-end ownership of production data systems.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipeline design, data modelling, and batch and streaming processing.
• Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, with experience building production-grade backend systems beyond data scripts.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including API design, system architecture and backend development.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms or lakehouse architectures.

Advantageous Experience

• Hands-on exposure to Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog or equivalent data-platform technologies.
• Experience preparing data for RAG, AI or machine-learning solutions, such as generating embeddings and populating vector databases.
• Previous experience in government, public-sector or highly regulated environments.
