Full Stack Technical Lead (.NET, Angular & Azure)
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join a high-performing delivery team working on the modernisation of a large-scale, business-critical application estate.

You'll work closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and senior business leaders to drive the evolution of a complex platform from legacy technologies to modern cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve application architecture across a mixed .NET environment, including legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET
- Lead technical direction across backend, frontend, APIs, and integration layers
- Drive platform modernisation initiatives and establish sustainable architecture patterns
- Shape SPA/API integration approaches and support Angular development squads
- Mentor engineers and uplift development standards across the team
- Contribute to architectural decisions while remaining closely involved in delivery
- Facilitate technical workshops and provide guidance through sprint and release activities
- Communicate technical concepts and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Extensive commercial experience with both modern .NET and .NET Framework
- Strong full stack development background, including experience working with Angular applications
- Proven technical leadership experience within software engineering teams
- Hands-on Azure experience, including services such as:
- App Services
- Azure Functions
- API Management
- Azure SQL
- Service Bus
- Strong understanding of secure application and API design
- Experience modernising legacy applications and reducing technical debt
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
