Right now, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders ;
  
• Perform functional analysis and design of applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives ;
  
• Produce clear and detailed functional documentation ;
  
• Act as the main liaison between business areas and technical teams ;
  
• Lead and support project teams, promoting collaboration and best practices ;
  
• Follow the full application lifecycle, from conception to implementation and ongoing support ;
  
• Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM projects.
  

You Must Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role ;
  
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and functional design of applications;
  
• Experience in the Banking sector (mandatory) ;
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate activities;
  
• SCRUM Certification ;
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
