Functional Analyst SAP HR

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant for a 3 months contract with option to extend to work on a SAP ECC6 project with a focus on HR modules. This role is pivotal in coordinating and supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the core SAP ECC6 Payroll and People / HR applications. You will serve as a subject matter expert, driving best practices and process improvements across high-volume recruitment, payroll operations, and corporate employee management.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Maintenance: Manage the ongoing configuration and performance of payroll and recruitment platforms.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing system capabilities and aligning them with organizational goals.
• Testing & Implementation: Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system test plans to ensure successful production deployments.
• Governance & Vendor Management: Maintain rigorous system documentation (blueprints, functional specs, user guides) and manage effective relationships with third-party vendors.
• Support & Training: Provide guidance to users on system integration and keep stakeholders updated on relevant technology upgrades.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Functional Consultant focused on HR System development and configuration. You will also have strong experience with SAP ECC6 implementation with the HR module. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
